গৃহবধূকে ধর্ষণের পর হত্যা! পাবনার সাঁথিয়া উপজেলার পাইকরহাটি গ্রামে আলেয়া খাতুন (৪৩) নামের এক গৃহবধূকে ধর্ষণের পর হত্যা করা হয়েছে বলে অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেছে। এ ঘটনায় জড়িত সন্দেহে পুলিশ টুটুল মল্লিক (৩৫) নামের এক যুবককে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে। তাঁর স্বীকারোক্তি অনুযায়ী আজ মঙ্গলবার গ্রামের বিলের একটি ধানখেত থেকে পুলিশ আলেয়া খাতুনের লাশ উদ্ধার করেছে। দুই সন্তানের মা আলেয়া ওই গ্রামের আরদোশ আলী মল্লিকের স্ত্রী। সাঁথিয়া থানায় দেওয়া অভিযোগ ও পুলিশ সূত্রে জানা গেছে, আলেয়া খাতুন ১ নভেম্বর দুপুরে দিকে গ্রামের ঈদগাহ মাঠের পাশে লাকড়ি কুড়াতে যান। এরপর তিনি আর বাড়ি ফেরেননি। খোঁজার পর তাঁকে না পেয়ে ৩ নভেম্বর তাঁর স্বামী আরদোশ মল্লিক সাঁথিয়া থানায় একটি সাধারণ ডায়েরি (জিডি) করেন। বেড়া সার্কেলের অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার মিয়া মোহাম্মদ আশিষ বিন্ হাছান ওই জিডির বিষয়ে তদন্ত করতে থাকেন। একপর্যায়ে তাঁর নেতৃত্বে পুলিশ গতকাল সোমবার একই গ্রামের আতাহার মল্লিকের ছেলে টুটুল মল্লিককে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য থানায় নিয়ে আসে। পুলিশের জিজ্ঞাসাবাদে টুটুল জানান, তিনি আলেয়াকে ধর্ষণের পর হত্যা করেছেন। পরে তাঁর দেওয়া স্বীকারোক্তি অ...
